I have been a Licensed Mortgage broker/ Originator since 1991 and have been an active member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers since 1999. I held positions such as President of the Miami Chapter and State Director. I chaired numerous committees in the association throughout my tenure well over ten years, including very successful Tradeshows for the Miami Chapter and State Tradeshows, which I enjoyed with passion.
Through my relentless networking and political contacts, I was able to schedule and establish relationships with state legislators such as Marco Rubio, a former speaker of the house and current senator in Congress representing Florida. I also have built a solid relationship with Miami Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and many present and former State Representatives and County Commissioner as well.
I have spoken on many media outlets concerning an array of topics in the real estate and mortgage industries. I have been awarded a proclamation from the City Of Hialeah and also from the City of Miami Lakes. Due to the ever-growing changes in the mortgage industry, I have extended my efforts to include education for First Time Homebuyers and Down Payment Assistance to help buyers with closing cost incentives from county and state funds. I also specialize in doctorate programs and many other forms of home finance. I served for 10 years on the executive board of Miami Dade Economic Advocacy Trust; I am also will be serving as Vice-President of the Miami Dade Commission for Women and also have served on the board of directors of NAHREP.
